Parcel Audit EU extracts shipment evidence, compares charges with a user-supplied expected total or a clearly marked bundled reference estimate, and prepares documents for the user to review. The service does not submit claims or act for the user.

You must have the right to upload the evidence and must verify all extracted fields, contract figures, deadlines, and generated documents before relying on or sending them. Bundled reference estimates are not the contracted tariff from your carrier.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal or support. The applicable price and included monthly audit limit are shown before checkout. Access to a paid tier is activated only after Stripe confirms an active subscription.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated extraction is error-free. Statutory liability remains unaffected; beyond it, no outcome or carrier reimbursement is guaranteed.
