We process the shipment evidence you upload, extracted shipment and invoice fields, generated review documents, a pseudonymous session identifier, billing status, and technical request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Evidence and account data are processed to provide the requested audit workflow and subscription service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logs and privacy-friendly usage analytics are processed for service security and improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The service is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure. Evidence is stored in private object storage and sent to the configured Azure OpenAI service for field extraction. Stripe processes subscription payments. Umami provides privacy-focused usage analytics.

Uploaded evidence is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Generated audit records and billing records are retained while needed for the service and applicable statutory obligations. The signed session cookie lasts up to 365 days.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.
